Ping G15 Black Dot Irons
The technology of the Ping G15 black dot irons provide the high-launching, maximum-forgiveness benefits that make for more consistent iron play. The stainless-steel-cavity design for Ping G15 black dot irons features a new Custom Tuning Port that expands the perimeter weighting and increases the moment of inertia. Weight savings from a thinner face are moved to the toe for added forgiveness, while the wider sole produces a higher launch angle.
The design of Ping G15 black dot Irons created more perimeter weighting than previous G lines. The weight comes from a thinner more explosive face. The 7grams of weight taken from the face are put out on the toe and a Custom Tuning Port behind the sweetspot. The look is a little bit much with such a busy cavity, but the new colors are great.

New Custom Tuning Port (CTP) saves 7 grams which is re-positioned to perimeter for increased MOI
Stronger lofts of Ping G15 Black Dot Irons for increased distance without sacrificing launch angle

Investment cast 17-4 stainless steel, heat treated

The G15 Black Dot Irons are well made and very easily adjusted for different golfer's swings. It definitely gives you a sense of confidence when swinging the club and watching the head pass through the hitting area.Very nice clubs!
This is a great iron. It increase my drive distance and allows me to hit the ball straight. I can actually swing as hard as I want and still hit the ball straight. This Ping G15 Black Dot Irons are must have for any golfer!
Ping G15 Black Dot Irons are known for being very forgiving, you can get good distance with off-center contact. I've found this to be very true, as I get decent distance on even my poor swings. It is very forgiving, fits what I expected.
