The 2009 Pro V1x golf ball offers even longer distance and is more durable than it's predecessor, and the new Titleist Pro V1x Golf Ball is the next version of Pro V1; optimized for the highest swing speeds and high lift launch conditions. The Pro V1x spins less on all shots than the Pro V1, but should still provide plenty of feel around greens.

It has a multi-layer four-piece construction designed for serious golfers of all levels, and featuring a high energy dual core, ionomeric casing layer, and high performance urethane elastomer cover. The new staggered wave parting line assures an consistent ball flight.

 

The 332 high coverage multi-dimple design enables golfers to achieve a longer, consistent distance off the tee. Titleist Pro V1x's soft center dual core offers low spin off the driver. The Pro V1x has a high-compression dual core in a speed-enhancing and spin-controlling ionomer casing and a soft, thin Urethane Elastomer cover.
